Roosevelt County escaped Gov. Susana Martinez’ veto Wednesday of more than 190 projects across New Mexico totaling $23 million from a capital improvement measure.
Roosevelt County projects included in the measure:
• Elida multipurpose senior/community center $100,000
• ENMU South Avenue N improvement $100,000
• Floyd schools info tech and career tech $5,000
• Portales water system improve $110,000
• Roosevelt County roads improvement $150,000
• Roosevelt General Hospital construction $186,000
